WASHINGTON PERMIT EXPEDITING

Keep the permit process organized and moving.

Expediting is not a shortcut around the agency. It is the work of making a submittal ready, tracking reviewer needs, coordinating responsible parties, following up appropriately and preventing avoidable gaps.

What expediting means here

Application readiness, submittal coordination, status tracking, correction matrices, record organization, deadline management, meeting preparation and owner-side follow-through. It does not promise a faster government queue, special treatment, waived requirements or approval.

Before submittal

  • Requirement inventory
  • Scope-gap check
  • Application organization
  • Agency question list

During review

  • Status and deadline tracking
  • Agency follow-up
  • Responsibility matrix
  • Version and response control

Permit rescue

  • History and chronology
  • Expiration or resubmittal risk
  • Missing responsibility identification
  • Recovery plan

Scope boundary

Lot & Line does not approve permits, control agency timelines, seal drawings, provide licensed architecture or engineering, act as contractor or answer technical comments outside its qualifications. Nationwide permit-path research may be available, but direct permit and application coordination is currently offered in Washington State.

Send the permit record—not only the frustration.

Include the permit number, status, plans, corrections, agency emails, team and deadlines.
